Hi y’all! My name is Kayla and I’ve been a Licensed Esthetician since 2016 and a Certified Lash Artist since 2020. My suite is located in Westminster, MD where I offer a wide variety of services from facials, to lash extensions, to brow waxing and everything in between. Along with working in my suite I also travel as a Certified MUA for weddings and special events. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Need to cancel? No problem, life happens!
Please reach out BEFORE the day of to cancel/reschedule. If you cancel/reschedule the day of, a 50% cancellation fee of the service booked will be charged to the card on file; no exceptions. If you no-call/no-show your appointment 100% of the service will be charged to the card on file; no exceptions.
LATE POLICY
There will be a 10 minute grace period after your appointment time. If you arrive any later than 10 minutes without a call or text you will be asked to reschedule for a different day and charged the 50% late cancellation fee as well; no exceptions.
REFUNDS POLICY
All payments are final and refunds will not be given. If you have questions or concerns about the results of your service a credit may be given to go towards a different service or your next appointment. (Ex. A free touch up for a brow tinting, free adjustment or refill for your lash set, etc.) No exceptions will be made.
BRINGING GUESTS/CHILDREN TO APPOINTMENT
Guests: One guest is permitted per appointment due to space, if desired. If client is under the age of 18, a legal parent or guardian must attend appointment with minor.
Children: Due to insurance reasons children are not allowed to attend any appointments with clients. Thank you for understanding.
